 "Prada" still a runway success overseas (Reuters)

(Jean-Paul Pelissier/Reuters)In one of the big surprises at a traditionally slow fall box office overseas, "The Devil Wears Prada" logged a third weekend as the top choice for foreign moviegoers as its international total passed $100 million.

The fashion satire, which stars Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway, took in a hefty $18.6 million from 43 markets last weekend. Its closest competitor was the animated "Open Season," which racked up $7.8 million from 24 countries.

Oliver Stone's former foreign champ "World Trade Center" racked up $6.8 million from 38 countries to lift its international gross to $69.9 million. Martin Scorsese's "The Departed" and Kevin Costner's latest comeback "The Guardian" each pulled in about $5 million.
