 Beyonce leads singles chart for 10th week (Reuters)

Fall Out Boy's "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race" slipped one to No. 3, but topped the Hot Digital Songs chart for a third week. Daughtry's "It's Not Over" held tight at No. 4 for a second week on the Hot 100, while Gwen Stefani's "The Sweet Escape" featuring Akon rose one to a new high of No. 5.

Ludacris' "Runaway Love" featuring Mary J. Blige rose one to No. 6 in its 12th week, and ruled Hot Rap Tracks for a second. Akon's "I Wanna Love You" featuring Snoop Dogg fell two to No. 7 on the Hot 100, while Jim Jones' "We Fly High" was unchanged at No. 8. Lloyd's "You" featuring Lil' Wayne rose two to No. 9, and Unk's "Walk It Out" rocketed seven to No. 10.

The Jonas Brothers' "Year 3000" was the chart's top debut, at No. 40. The track comes from the young group's debut "It's About Time," released last August. After landing at No. 2 on the albums chart Wednesday with her self-titled debut, "American Idol" finalist Katharine McPhee opened at No. 48 on the Hot 100 with "Over It."

Other big debuts included Modest Mouse at No. 59 with "Dashboard," Vanessa Hudgens' "Say OK" at No. 67, Jack Ingram's cover of Hinder's "Lips of an Angel" at No. 77, London-by-way-of-Lebanon songwriter Mika's "Grace Kelly" at No. 81, albums chart queen Norah Jones' "Thinking About You" at No. 82 and the Naked Brothers Band's "Crazy Car" at No. 83.

Hector "El Father" topped Hot Latin Songs with "Sola" for a third week and Rodney Atkins' "Watching You" remained No. 1 for a fourth on Hot Country Songs.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers began a fourth week at No. 1 on the Modern Rock chart with "Snow (Hey Oh)," while Three Days Grace led Mainstream Rock for a ninth with "Pain."
